The Afterschool Program Assessment System (APAS) is a set of research-based evaluation tools that combine program quality, youth outcomes and data management. APAS includes scientifically and field tested instruments the SAYO (Survey of Afterschool Youth Outcomes) and APT (Assessing Afterschool Program Practices Tool) combined with nFocus' KidTrax software to create a comprehensive, integrated, customized evaluation program for any afterschool program serving youth in grades kindergarten through middle school.
