Stein discusses the ways in which harassment within K-12 schools has become more violent in recent years, the ways in which incidents of harassment are repeatedly misidentified or minimized within schools, and the ways in which federal surveys fall short in providing sufficient information regarding sexual harassment and violence in schools.
