Co-directs the National SEED Project, which creates conversational communities that drive change
Ruth Condori-Aragón, M.Ed., is a co-director of the National SEED Project, a program of the Wellesley Centers for Women. SEED partners with communities, organizations, and institutions in bringing people together to learn through self-reflection, build relationships through structured dialogue, and create change through systemic analysis.
Condori-Aragón attended SEED New Leaders Training in 2010 and joined the SEED staff in 2012. Several years later, she joined the leadership team as an associate co-director, before becoming co-director in 2023. She is also a full-time teacher at The Meadowbrook School of Weston in Massachusetts.
